Deletion
Is this a legitimate term or just a personal nickname? Also, should we just merge it with Custom Stage?

- There should eventually be enough here to warrant a small page of it's own, though it should be linked to from a "special variations" (or something) section (along with things like CD Factory) on the Stage Builder article.
