It's more of a poll, really, but more of a popularity contest to see who is the better fighter. So what are you waiting for? Get voting! Remember, you can remain anonymous! If you have any requests for future fights, please feel free to leave a message here.

The Rules, Briefly

Functionally, this is a popularity contest. You may vote for your favorite or who you think would win in an competition between the two combatants that week. No, you don't have to vote for the character with strength & power, just vote if you are a total fanboy of the character. You may vote only once. Once you voted, your decision is final and you cannot change your vote. If you are a user, please include your vote in the user section. If you are not a user, please include your vote in the anonymous section. It is important to do this because user votes will be 1 pts and anonymous votes will only have 1/2 a pt. Votes put in the wrong section will be deleted. Users who do not log in when they vote will be considered anonymous IPs, and their votes also will be deleted. When a new fight is created (which is every Friday), the previous fight's votes will be totaled and its winner decided. The fighter with the most votes WINS!!

Week 11: Samus vs. Zero Suit Samus

Samus first appeared in that marvel of engineering, the Power Suit. Now, her Zero Suit form has arrived to fight in the Arena!

Week 10: Mewtwo vs. Lucario

Mewtwo, enraged over his removal from Smash, enters the Arena to fight against Lucario, who replaced Mewtwo on the roster. Which Pokémon merits the fighter position?

While Lucario's health affects his power ("The cornered rat will bite the cat."), he's lacking in one area: speed. Mewtwo has that. Sorry, but I prefer Mewtwo. He was fighting Lucario for awhile, only Mewtwo started getting tired while Lucario kept on pawnchin'. It was at this point that he took out his scouter to analyze Lucario's aura. Keep in mind Lucario had survived to precisely 182%. When Mewtwo saw the reading, he flipped, and his scouter spontaneously exploded from psychic rage. So yeah, that's why. AURA OVERWHELMING! Aura-lifting, aura-palming, aura-kicking, aura-jumping, aura-sphereing, aura-spawning BABIES. Lucario's much cooler. But, when you think about it, despite their base stats, they abilities and general appearance seem somewhat similar. So...who would win this fight: dog vs. cat? Everybody knows that dogs always trample cats, so why should it be any different with Lucario and Mewtwo? Comments Do we say "he" or "it" ? Mewtwo doesn't have any gender and Lucario can be male or female. What do you think about it ? Both can learn Aura Sphere and aura based moves like Dark Pulse, and they both learn Psychic and other Psychic-moves like Me First. Types don't excactly matter, because Mewtwo's Psychic hits Lucario regularly but can always use Aura Sphere or Focus Blast, while Lucario has Dark Pulse or Crunch. It's just the fact that Mewtwo is a super-powerd Uber and Lucario's a lower-end Standard Pokemon. But Smash appears to have changed all that. Plus, Lucario has a unique typing. Oh, and there are many Mewtwo's in the games and like Shadowcrest said, the anime is NOT canon.
