Jungle Japes is a stage that is unlocked from the start of Super Smash Bros. Melee. It is also Donkey Kong's home stage.
The stage divided into three parts. The right and left section are about equal in length and they are a little taller then the middle section. The middle section is the longest. A smaller platform lies above it. This stage sound simple? Its a rather dangerous stage. Getting caught in the current under the stage is bad and hard to get back on the stage. Be careful to not fall off the edges or you will get caught in the current and most likely won't survive. To make matters worse, Klaptraps will jump out at you if in the pits on either side of the middle section. Getting attacked by one will result in a KO.
