Green Hill Zone is a Sonic themed stage appearing in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This stage is retro style like the Mushroom Kingdom stage, and is based on the first level of the game Sonic the Hedgehog. The terrain is flat on the far left but dips into a curve that slants down then upward towards the right. Occasionally save points will come out of the ground and turn red, and if the save point's globe hits the player, it throws them back like a Flipper would.
