Screen KO is a term regarding the last two of the Super Smash Bros games. Instead of a character being Star KO'd or simply KO'd in modes such as Classic, VS. Mode, etc, the character flies at the screen, before being KO'd. In Coin mode, Coins appear on the screen, surrounding the character being KO'd, but once paused, the coins disappear. In Melee, there is a Bonus point associated with this.
