Vacuum Luigi is Luigi wearing the Poltergust 3000 on his back. He debuts in Luigi's Mansion. And is used By luigi in mario tennis as a defensive move.

He appears as a trophy that can be obtained by winning in the lottery or by finding it in Classic Mode or Adventure Mode.
Trivia
It was rumored that Luigi's down-B in Brawl would use the Poltergust 3000 as an answer to Mario's F.L.U.D.D..
