Target Acquired (俺の獲物に手を出すな!, Hands Off My Prey!) is the 32nd of 51 event matches in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
The player controls Falco and must win a 1 minute match against Jigglypuff on the Corneria stage. The CPU Jigglypuff's artificial intelligence is set at Level 0.
Falco and Jigglypuff each starts off with infinite stocks, while Jigglypuff starts every stock with 70%. Falco must KO Jigglypuff more times than the Arwing stage hazards, which will result in a victory.

Trivia
- This event match's Japanese name, "Hands Off My Prey!" is derived from Falco's taunt in the Japanese version of Melee, which would go on to be translated into English in subsequent Smash installments.
- This event match takes place on the variation of Corneria used for the second part of Stage 6 in Adventure Mode, as evidenced by the more aggressive Arwings.
- This is one of only four event matches in Melee where the player has infinite stocks, the others including Event 5: Spare Change, Event 13: Yoshi's Egg, and Event 31: Mario Bros. Madness.
- The theme of this event match of Falco having to score more KO's than the Arwings is a reference to how Falco often gets upset at Fox for stealing his kills in the Star Fox games.
- Coincidentally, like Brawl's 32nd Event Match, Bird in Darkest Night, Falco is the assigned character.
