Viva la Smash is an ongoing Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament held in Mexico City, Mexico on October 22nd-23rd, 2022. The tournament is a Gold stop on the Smash World Tour 2022.
The tournament's start.gg page was taken down on October 4th, 2022 when the entrant count was just 36 entrants, likely due to many of Mexico's top players attending Ludwig Smash Invitational the same weekend (MkLeo, Sparg0, Maister, Chag, Skyjay, Andrik, and Eddy Mexico). The page was reopened the same day, changing venue and entry fees to be free, with priority registration to those who attended Smash Factor 9, and refunding any players who had already paid their fees.
