Azendash is the specific name for the event in which a player attempts a wavedash near the edge of the stage and mistakenly air dodges off the level, resulting in their character's death (noted as a suicide in the match results).
A common scenario in which a player might Stanlo is while attempting to edgehog via wavedash. When a player fails to wavedash correctly, their character does not grab the edge and dies off the bottom of the stage.
