SWT: Oceania Ultimate Online Qualifier is the second Super Smash Bros. Ultimate qualifier for Phase One of the Smash World Tour 2021. It is region locked to Australia and New Zealand. The top twelve players of the main bracket, as well as the top four players from the Last Chance Qualifier, will be invited to the Phase Two tournament SWT: Oceania Ultimate Regional Finals.

After Kinaji won the first set of Grand Finals from losers and reset the bracket, RaZe's power shut off in Game 1 of the second set and was disqualified.
