They signed up {{Sm|ChuDat}} as the first member of their  ''[[Super Smash Bros. Melee]]'' team on May 26th, 2014, and later signed up {{Sm|Axe}} on July 9th, 2014. However, one year later, Axe leaves Mortality and later, Chu Dat is dropped from the team and Mortality's smash division is disbanded on June 22nd, 2015, as they wanted to focus on their ''Counter Strike'' team.
