26 March 2020: It is revealed in a Nintendo Direct Mini that an ARMS character will be the playable character featured in Challenger Pack 6, and will be revealed and released in June.

15 March 2020: At CEO Dreamland 2020, Samsora, Kola, and ZD take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively in Ultimate singles; MVD, D2da, and Evilgoku take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U singles; Player-1, Mikeray4, and Gunnermaniac take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively in Brawl singles; Hungrybox, Colbol, and n0ne take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively in Melee singles; epad10 takes 1st place in Smash 64 singles. Marss & Kuro take Ultimate doubles; Hungrybox & mayb take Melee doubles.

8 March 2020: At Return to Subspace 3 - A New Era, Marss, Laid, and 8BitMan take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively in Ultimate singles; 686M, Cody, and Vex Kasrani take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively in Brawl singles. Laid & Marss take Ultimate doubles; 686M & Cody take Brawl doubles.

1 March 2020: At Maesuma TOP 2, Zackray, Atelier, and Munekin take 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively in Ultimate singles.
