This event match plays like a standard [[Versus Mode|Coin match]], but with a coin accumulation objective rather than simply possessing more coins than your opponents by the match's end. Coins will shoot out of either player when he takes a hit, and the amount of coins depends on how hard each hit landed is. In addition, when one player is KO'ed, his total coin meter is cut in half. You must gather 200+ coins through this process to win. | This event match plays like a standard [[Versus Mode|Coin match]], but with a coin accumulation objective rather than simply possessing more coins than your opponents by the match's end. This is one of two event matches that take place on the Onett stage; the other is Event 30: All-Star Match 3 (the third of the four battles).
Layout
After selecting Event 5 from the Event mode menu, the match automatically begins with you playing as Ness against Captain Falcon in the Onett stage, and all players have infinite stock. The object of the match is to collect 200 coins before Falcon does.
