So SpongeBob SquarePants storyboard artist Kurt Snyder drew this a while back ago displaying Nicktoon characters as Smash characters. A few months later, Nickelodeon Animation's Twitter account posted the updated version of the poster, this time showcasing more of the Smash characters. A point for this has been made here. On this page, I will try to list all the references for the updated version.

Trivia
- Interestingly, both hands that appear in the picture are a right hand, akin to Master Hand, rather than one of them being a left hand to match Crazy Hand.
- Some of the characters also make references to the show they originated from. For example, Gerald, while dressed up as Pac-Man, is holding up a strawberry, referencing the episode where he dressed up as one for a play.
