I'm going to point out that the names on the X-factor ballot DO NOT necessarily mean those players were in the top 100. In the past rankings, the PGStats team has said they have put red herrings in the X-factor list, as many as 28 names one season. There's no doubt a majority of the names listed were top 100, but it seems to me a mirepresentation to name them all as top 100 when that was NEVER confirmed to be the case.
