Pound 2019 was a Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate national tournament held at Xanadu from April 19th-21st, 2019. This was the first official Pound tournament since Pound 2016 nearly 3 years ago, and the first Pound tournament for Ultimate.

Trivia

• A spectator threw a crab at Hungrybox at the end of Grand Finals. This caused a massive backlash on Twitter where many people stated their disgust towards the spectator. The spectator has since turned himself in, and has been banned from several future tournaments such as Smash 'N' Splash 5
  • The crab itself, humorously, had its own seat prior to being thrown.
• ESAM lost to all Peach mains in singles, doubles, squad strike, and the money match against Samsora.
