Goodwill of Orange County's Charity Invitational is an upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate invitational tournament hosted by 2GGaming, Level Up, and Goodwill of Orange County. This invitational is a fundraiser to help the Goodwill of Orange County's mission, with 12 players being invited to the tournament, as well as a Last Chance Qualifier. A Street Figher V version of the invitational would be held simultaneously with this one.

Anyone who placed Top 8 at Phantom 2019; Top 32 at Umebura SP, Umebura SP 2, Don't Park On The Grass 2018, Glitch 6, SoCal Chronicles, Let's Make Moves, Ultimatum, Midwest Mayhem Ultimate, Smash Conference United, Valhalla II, or Heart of Battle; Top 64 at Frostbite 2019; or Top 128 at GENESIS 6 are eligible for nomination.
