Dream Home (ゆめのマイハウス, My House of Dreams), called Housewarming Party in the PAL version of SSB4, is Villager's Final Smash.
Overview
Villager calls upon Tom Nook and his nephews to build a house on their opponent.
Origin
Owning a home is a major aspect of the Animal Crossing series. The player can buy their house from a tanuki named Tom Nook, who can also expand the player's house or renovate the exterior. Timmy and Tommy (also known as the "Nooklings") run a shop of their own in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, where they sell furniture items, floors, and wallpapers, as well as a few other things. In previous Animal Crossing games, however, they were assistants in Tom Nook's store, which offered both of the aforementioned services. The design of the house originates from New Leaf when the player adds another room to the west side of the house. In Smash
If next to an enemy, the Villager will pay Tom Nook and his nephews, Timmy & Tommy, to build a house around the opponent. After the house is completed, they cheer, before the house blows up. The explosion launches the trapped victim (and any other opponents close enough), briefly knocks over the Villager, and sends the three tanukis flying. The attack deals a total of 45% damage to trapped opponents. Other opponents who touch the house while it is being built will take 10% damage.

Trivia
- In the Smash Direct, when Villager used Dream Home, the enemy could not be seen spinning in the house while it was being built. In all appearances of the Final Smash following that, the opponent appears spinning inside the house.
- During the Final Smash, Nook and the Nooklings can be briefly seen throwing certain Animal Crossing items (including, somewhat amusingly, the AC Triforce) into the house as it is being built.
- For the duration of the Final Smash if it successfully connects, any outside forces such as explosives will not harm the opponent(s) as the house is being built, and will only affect them just after the house itself bursts.
- Like many of the Boxing Ring titles, this Final Smash had its name changed in Ultimate to the name it is referred to as in the NTSC versions of both SSB4 and Ultimate. This may be to make it more similar to the name of Isabelle's similar Final Smash.
