The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters. |
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted. |

Propellerpack (フライングバックパック, Flying Backpack) is King K. Rool's up special move.
Overview
When he uses the move, King K. Rool puts on a pack with a propeller attached to it, activates it, and starts to rise in the air. The move lasts a deceptively long time and the propeller boasts a hitbox on it allowing him to hit enemies above him with slight knockback.
Origin
This attack is based on the boss fight against K. Rool's alter ego, Baron K. Roolenstein, in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie's Double Trouble!. In the fight, Dixie and Kiddie Kong must attack his pack with barrels in order to knock him into lightning that appears along the floor. The way K. Roolenstein flies around is mimicked by K. Rool in Ultimate - his helpless animation, for example, resembles the way K. Roolenstein flaps his hands in the air occasionally.
