Togedemaru (トゲデマル, Togedemaru) is a fictional creature from the Pokémon franchise.

Togedemaru appears in Ultimate, attacking opponents by using its signature move, Zing Zap (びりびりちくちく, Shocking and Prickly), a strong electric blast that crashes down on the target, giving it an electric shock and causing an electric field to appear around them, potentially causing damage to other trespassers.
Togedemaru was spotted briefly during Treehouse gameplay of the game. Footage from GameXplain also exists of it appearing, but it's quickly blocked off by the Nintendog.
Origin
Togedemaru is an Electric/Steel-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VII. Its design follows Plusle and Minun from Generation III, Pachirisu from Generation IV, Emolga from Generation V, and Dedenne from Generation VI, in that its face bares a resemblance to Pikachu's, and is an Electric-typed rodent.
