Mewtwo (ミュウツー, Mewtwo) is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. It was confirmed on June 12th, 2018.
Changes from Super Smash Bros. 4
Aesthetics
Some of Mewtwo's attacks have been updated with new particle effects, including every attack that previously had the Darkness effect like his smash attacks and special moves.
Forward tilt has a new animation where Mewtwo spins horizontally to strike with its tail.
Ground moves
Up smash's effect area has been enlarged.
Special Moves
Confusion now allows Mewtwo to act before captured opponents can, allowing for combos.
Confusion is performed slower, making it more punishable.
Disable has a different animation, with Mewtwo spreading its arms out while flashing its eyes.
