My region is pretty new to the SSB4 scene, with only our best players having to travel outside of the region to smash it out on other places like Jalisco or Mexico City. Though there have been more Smash tournaments, and I've been a regular sight since then. I'm considered in my region to be one of the best Palutena players, and possibly the only one that uses her competitively, employing a playstyle that focuses more on acting -but not being- reckless with her (though I pivot grab much less often) and wait until the opponent reacts to that so they drop their guard and I can make my move, instead of directly deciding to turtle or "shield at close range" so I can find and opening. I combine that with all my options such as B-reversed [[Autoreticle]], [[Reflect Barrier]], and the ocassional ledge-cancelled [[Warp]]. So far, it works.
