What is wrong with this page?

2019 Tier List

The users of the Melee subreddit made a tier list. We should add this to the page.

Page order

This page is the first Google result for "Melee Tier List" (as opposed to Tier list), which means many people clicking on this page would likely just be looking for the current tier list. Given this, I think it would make more sense if the current tier list was the first one on the page. I think the cleanest way to do this would be re-organizing the page's sections as follows:

• Current tier list (March 29, 2021)
• Previous tier lists
  • First tier list (October 8, 2002)
  • [...]
  • Twelfth tier list (December 10th, 2015)
• Tier list chart
• See also
• External links

The Google search results when trying to find tier lists for the other games in the series are similar, as the game's respective "list of <game> tier lists" page on this wiki is almost always within the first 3 results, so this change would be nice to apply to those pages as well.

I am not an active editor on this wiki, and I'm not sure if this goes against the standard wiki rules of what constitutes a "list" page, so I would like confirmation before making such a change. Bento (talk) 13:39, August 13, 2024 (EDT)
