Normally I hate to open any can that could possibly contain worms, but on the Ultimate official site, when you sort the fighters "By Series" the Mii Fighters are listed under a universe just titled "Mii" With the Miiverse/Mii Maker logo besides them. I want to be careful not to jump to conclusions because we haven't seen the Mii Fighter's Victory Animations (which have the series symbol on the screen during them) so we don't know for certain, but I feel like this should be mentioned somewhere in the article. It's not exactly trivia, and it certainly doesn't belong in the article body, but I still feel like it should be somewhere. | |||

Mii vs Mii Fighter[edit]
Mii Fighters appear to be specifically designed for Smash, and the "regular appearance" is just Mii. Therefore the generic article ought to be Mii, with Mii Fighter (SSB4) for its Smash appearance. The names of the regular appearance and Smash appearance do not have to be identical: Solid Snake, Fox McCloud. Thoughts? - Ceci n’est pas un Smiddle. 14:05, 10 June 2014 (EDT)

It would, as he said, create a massive level of inconsistency between the Mii and Mii fighter pages if they had different universe symbols.
Lets not forget the fact that really, Mii's have no real universe to represent on their own. Miis are, for all intense and purposes, characters meant to represent Nintendo console owners. They represent the player in the games their playable in, so it'd make sense for them to be labeled as a smash bros universe character.
