Trivia[edit]
- This video uses an updated version of the music in the "How to Play" video in Super Smash Bros. Melee.
- Due to Brawl's variety of control options, specific buttons are not mentioned, with the video naming buttons as "attack", "special", and "shield". However, the colours of the buttons (green, red, grey) match the colours of the relevant default buttons on a GameCube controller.
- Captain Falcon, despite being an unlockable character, appears twice in the video during the Final Smash montage; during the demonstration of Lucas's PK Starstorm, on the bottom platform of Skyworld; and during Peach's Peach Blossom, he can be seen as one of the characters sleeping from the attack's effects.
- Bowser makes vocalizations when he is hit in some of the clips (like in Melee), most noticeably when hit by Mario Finale, a feature that in the final version of Brawl was disabled.
- Masahiro Sakurai stated in a YouTube video that he wanted to include a more interactive tutorial into the game, but was unable to and had to settle for a non-interactive video.[1]
