Forums: Index Help desk Smash Wiki's Images

What happened to them? Have they yet to be merged? Just wondering because they have loads of them. Bonko24 17:24, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

I noticed this lastnight, purging the page &action=purge seemed to work. --Charitwo 17:27, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, Charitwo's right, you just have to edit the image's description page and where it says &action=edit, replace edit with purge. You might have to do it twice. Anyway, the Wikia techs are going to help out with this where we won't have to manually editing each image and purging it.--Richard 23:56, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Not everyone has even a clue what you're talking about. I'm a guest, I don't understand a single word you said. I can't manually fix the images. Seems like something needs to be done for people reading this wiki. Cause if one's reading they want to just see the pictures. Not spend five minutes trying to figure out how to manually make them show.

Just adding the perspective of a guest and reader.

When you find a page which needs its images fixed, retype the name, using http://super-smash-bros.wikia.com/index.php?title=<article name>&action=purge . That will fix your issue for the future. --Sky | User talk:Sky2042 05:44, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

To everbody: WATCH OUT! I know there is a way to relive the Smash Wiki images, BUT IT ISN'T NEEDED. SSBWikia's pictures all got saved, and many of them is same as them at SmashWiki was. In other words, resurrecting them would only make them proposed for deletion, as they already exists! King M 13:39, 1 March 2008 (UTC)King M (talkcontribslogs) March, 1st 2008 14:38 (GMY +01)

See again that made no sense. And I'm not wasting time doing that anyways. I hope it's being fixed.

Putting Picture [snapshots][edit]

I don't know how to put a picture on a page, or can you get them off the Wii itself?

Well, when I put it on an SD card and into my computer (there are snapshots on it), Theres a file named "private" then "wii" and more folders inside (halve of the folders are empty) and the only real files I see are ".BIN" (Binary) files.
