The following is a list of all on-screen appearances in Super Smash Bros.
Captain Falcon[edit]
- Jumps out of his vehicle, the Blue Falcon.
Donkey Kong[edit]
- Breaks out of a DK Barrel, similar to his entrance from Donkey Kong Country.
Fox[edit]
- Ejects out of an Arwing.
Jigglypuff[edit]
Kirby[edit]
- Crash-lands a Warp Star into the ground, just like how Kirby crash-lands in his home series.
Link[edit]
- Descends from a column of light and unsheathes the Master Sword. Based on the end-of-dungeon teleports from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Luigi[edit]
Mario[edit]
- Jumps out of a Warp Pipe, similar to his entrance from the beginning of Super Mario 64.
Ness[edit]
- Uses Teleport and crashes onto the stage. Even though he successfully teleports onto the stage, Ness has his soot-covered appearance as if the move failed.
Pikachu[edit]
- Emerges from a Poké Ball. The light from the ball is similar to the light from Pokemon Stadium.
Samus[edit]
- Exits a Super Metroid-style save point.
Yoshi[edit]
- Breaks out of a Yoshi Egg, based on Yoshi hatching from a Yoshi Egg in Super Mario World.
Metal Mario[edit]
- The same as Mario's. Jumps out of a Warp Pipe, similar to his entrance from the beginning of Super Mario 64.
Giant Donkey Kong[edit]
- The same as Donkey Kong's. Breaks out of a DK Barrel, similar to his entrance from Donkey Kong Country.
