m (Undid edit by Alex the weeb: It is not know if the move could not be escaped from at all before that change, or if it had the standard Grab Timer of 90 frames + 1.7*the opponent's% that could allow players to mash out of it. I listed this as a change instead of a buff or nerf solely because depending on how it was before it could be one or the other.)
