Moist Esports (Moist) is an esports organization run by popular Twitch streamer and YouTuber Cr1TiKaL and co-owned by fellow streamer and YouTuber Ludwig. The team was created on August 11th, 2021 and was originally intended to fund Kola's campaign for Smash Ultimate Summit 3.[1] However, due to the popularity of Cr1TiKaL and the recruitment of other popular top players such as moky and Light, Moist Esports quickly became one of the most recognizable teams in the Smash scene.

On January 25th, 2023, Ludwig joined as a co-owner and later established his branch of the team, Moist Moguls (MxM), with the team signing Zain on April 6th, 2023 and moky joining the branch afterwards. This branch was dissolved on September 30th of the same year after Ludwig merged the team with Valorant team Shopify Rebellion, while the team's signed players were absorbed into the main team.
