The '''Jack Garden Tournament''' was a tournament held by {{Sm|Captain Jack}} in Kyoto, [[Japan]], on August 20th, 2005. At around 116 entrants it is quite possibly the largest ''[[Super Smash Bros. The Jack Garden Tournament was a tournament held by Captain Jack in Kyoto, Japan, on August 20th, 2005. At around 116 entrants it is quite possibly the largest Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament ever held in Japan, and is also the only Melee supermajor or major that Japan has ever held. It featured several international players, hailing from the United States, Canada, and Australia.
