Your Userpage

To expand on this, editing your user page too much while only editing the main space on the wiki on rare occasions is discouraged and can be grounds for probation. If you could, please try to tone down on the user page edits for a bit. PokemonMasterJamal3 (talk) 01:15, 14 November 2017 (EST)

Since you seemed to not have any desire to listen to your warnings, I have put you on probation indefinitely, preventing you from editing your userpage again. Wait WHAT? I was never informed about any messages on my talk page. I was never informed about any warnings given to me. If I am removed from probation, I would gladly step down from the User page for a bit and help contribute to other articles. If not, then I understand and will not continue to ask to be unbanned.

First off, please remember to sign your comments correctly with four tildes (~~~~). Second, please use the Show Preview button when making edits. Third, most importantly, you WERE warned. Several times in fact, on this very talk page section. Look up a bit, and read the dates here.

But even if you didn’t see these warnings, you must consider the fact that by creating an account on SmashWiki, you acknowledge that you read and understand all the rules of the site. Because of this, it is unfortunately unlikely that your probation will be lifted just because you claim to have not seen the warnings. Removal from probation

Hi, upon review after being tipped by another user, I've decided you have done enough in the years since it happened to no longer merit being on probation, so you're free to edit your user space again. MVD and ESAM controversies

I removed them because they contained Bias and were overall poorly written. And I felt as if it would rather be better that they wouldn't be there due to this. I already got warned for posting something similar to Leffen's page.

I do understand that you want to get MVD and ESAM's controversies up, and I agree that both have done some very suspicious things in the past, particularly with the KTDominate situation, which I believe MVD deserves blame for. However, the TwitLonger you added to both MVD and ESAM is incredibly fishy. First, the person who made the TwitLonger isn't even involved with the situation ("I’m not directly involved with this incident and therefore I don’t know everything there is") and they're basing the TwitLonger over how they interpret the alleged "evidence." The "evidence" usually just points to either a he-said she-said situation or just someone's take on the situation. This is especially apparent with the accusation against MVD, where the evidence that MVD was a groomer was simply a few people on Twitter talking about what D1 said in his statement. Finally, the TwitLonger's accusation on ESAM is also just weird, and they're talking about as if they know who ESAM is personally ("But that’s NOT something 2016 ESAM would have done") as using that assumption to judge his choice.

In short, the TwitLonger is most likely from someone outside of the situation trying to create a narrative to get negative attention on the two, and due to this it shouldn't be used on the wiki as a source for the controversy. CookiesCreme 11:22, February 19, 2022 (EST)

Infobox characters

A quick heads up, only characters that have seen significant usage over long periods of time should be in the info boxes. Red links on your user page

Per our user page policy, you are not to have red links on your user page to articles that aren't meant to exist, as it interferes with Wanted pages by having it count fake articles that we do not want being made. Smasher characters

A heads up, we tend to ignore characters used in pools by top players, as they are often used for sandbagging purposes. That includes Hungrybox's Ness at EVO 2016, where he didn't use in any serious set.

Furthermore, characters that a player don't actually use should not be added to the infobox. Hungrybox often only uses Ness and Fox as sandbagging/joke picks, so they should not be added to the infobox. CookiesCreme 14:54, December 4, 2023 (EST)
