Gavin, formerly known as Gav and Nova, is an American smasher. He began playing on Kaillera in 2009 when he was completely new to the game, but over time he learned and improved greatly. In 2018 at console tournaments he took sets from ReefyBeefy, Birra and B33F. He was formerly ranked 1st on the Georgia Power Rankings for 2017 and 2019. In 2023 he attended Super Smash Con 2023, went 6-5 in pools and placed 97th. For the year of 2023 he defeated NTA at a tourney in Georgia and also defeated cuddlytoys at Clemson Smash Series 40, the player who ended up winning the event.
