This is the first [[Trophy Tussle]] event availible. You are pitted against 3 other characters and your character must be the last one remaining. Every character has 2 lives and three minutes to beat this event. Choose a character that you are comfortable with. Most of the time two characters will battle you while one hangs out on the side. Try to defeat the two characters first with [[items]] and attacks. Once you KO them, then go attack the one who hangs out near the edge.  
The player controls a fighter of their choice and must win a 3 minute 2 [[stock]] [[free-for-all]] match against a team of three random fighters on a giant version of the [[Goomba#Trophy|Goomba trophy]]. One of the CPU fighters' [[artificial intelligence]] is set at Level 2, while the other two CPU fighters' artificial intelligence is set at Level 3.


Winning this event will reward you with a [[Goomba (trophy)|Goomba trophy]].
When the match starts, the player's fighter will spawn on the Goomba's left eyebrow, while one CPU fighter spawns on the left side of the Goomba's head, the second CPU fighter spawns on the top of the Goomba's head, and the third CPU fighter spawns next to the Gooomba's right eyebrow.


Clearing this event match will reward the player with the Goomba [[trophy]].

Trophy Tussle 1 (フィギュア上の戦い１, Battle on Figure 1) is the 14th event match of the 51 event matches and the first of the three Trophy Tussle event matches in Super Smash Bros. Melee.

The player controls a fighter of their choice and must win a 3 minute 2 stock free-for-all match against a team of three random fighters on a giant version of the Goomba trophy. One of the CPU fighters' artificial intelligence is set at Level 2, while the other two CPU fighters' artificial intelligence is set at Level 3.

When the match starts, the player's fighter will spawn on the Goomba's left eyebrow, while one CPU fighter spawns on the left side of the Goomba's head, the second CPU fighter spawns on the top of the Goomba's head, and the third CPU fighter spawns next to the Gooomba's right eyebrow.
