I wonder if this page's title is better at "Sonic (universe)"? I always thought "Sonic the Hedgehog" referred to the character while people typically talk about "Sonic games"... Erik the Appreciator 03:31, October 10, 2007 (EDT)
- It is absolutely better as "Sonic (universe)". Feel free to change it immediately. -Thores 04:07, October 10, 2007 (EDT)
Sonic logo[edit]
Could we get sonic's game canon logo the one we had before was the animated series logo —Preceding unsigned comment added by SSBBX (talk • contribs) 01:00, 8 March 2008
Extra Songs[edit]
Before you start wondering why it's here. It's from a Brawl rip on Smashboards, therefore it can't be fake/speculation. Here's the exact page you can find it and the post # at: http://smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=141013&page=12 (Post #172) —Preceding unsigned comment added by SMASH-SonicMario (talk • contribs) 07:30, 3 February 2008
impossible picture[edit]
If even hacking doesn't give you Sonic and Tails in melee, how can someone post a picture like that? It's impossible to get a picture that doesn't exist. How did he make that picture and where did it come from? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.12.190.59 (talk • contribs) 18:18, April 18, 2010 (UTC)

Super Mario Wiki[edit]
Should we link a majority of the Sonic articles here to Super Mario Wiki? King KirbyD (talk) 22:23, 9 April 2012 (EDT)
- Erm... No. MarioWiki has a few articles about Sonic characters due to their appearances in the Olympics. MarioWiki isn't going to have an article for Sonic 2006.
Sonic 1 and 2 music rights[edit]
I'm guessing that the music tracks from Sonic 1 and 2 are rarely used or remixed in modern Sonic games is because Masato Nakamura, the games' composer, owns the copyright to those tracks and Sega must pay him royalty to use them. This is likely the reason why there haven't been any Sonic 1 and 2 remixes in Smash. Juju1995 (talk) 22:35, May 4, 2019 (EDT)

Japanese voices in the Sonic references section[edit]
The other languages of Sonic gets a shout out in the Generations section but I'm pretty sure the Japanese voice actors would be more known than them which is why they should be included. They are especially notable for voicing characters since Sonic Adventure in 1998. Note that my edit was undone. On the Star Fox page, they specifically talk about the Japanese voice actors. --MinorEdits (talk) 22:07, November 25, 2019 (EST)
