The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate North American Open 2019 was a national circuit for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate hosted by Nintendo from February to March 2019. Players from the United States, Canada, and Mexico were allowed to participate. There were four regions players could participate in, each with three different online events that featured a qualification round and a final round. The winner of each round qualified for the final round at PAX EAST on March 30th.
A similar event, the European Smash Ball Team Cup, took place in Europe around the same time.
