Unlink?

It's probably a good idea to add |link= here and suppress the link.

The flag images serve the purpose of small, almost decorative icons. The file description pages probably aren't where users expect to go if they click, and definitely aren't interesting results for search engines. Might even look overlinked or spammy, if the same flag is linked multiple times in a list of smasher names. ライケン Rigel Kent (talk) 18:03, 8 July 2016 (EDT)

Bordered flags' size

The bordered flag is 1px larger on each size, so it needs to be 18x18 and not 20x20 to align better with the other flags.
Here's a picture of before and after the fix is applied
However, it does have the side effect of making the flag look smaller than the other flags, even though it is taking up the same amount of space. Alternatively, all flags can have the border, like on Wikipedia, making it look more even.

Remove "England" synonym?

I found a tournament page where someone had manually put in English flags, I'm assuming because right now we have "England" treated as a synonym for UK in this template. Should we remove that? We do have a Flag of England file, after all. Sniffnoy (talk) 15:14, 17 February 2019 (EST)
