Netosuma Halloween Tournament 2016 was one of the highest level online Smash 64 tournament in Japan ("Netosuma" means net smash,saying online smash 64).

Although there were only 14  attendances, most of them were surely top Japanese players, including {{Sm|Kurabba}},{{Sm|wangera}}, {{Sm|Gyaki}}, {{Sm|maha}},{{Sm|Hiyo}} and more.
 
No Kirby players joined was worthy of mention in this tournament.
 
The tournament format was double elimination and Best-of-1 except Grand Final and Best-of-3 in Grand Final.
