Firstly, I would like to apologize for the hidden message thing, as that was completely uncalled for on my part, but I would also like to clarify a couple of things. Firstly, I did not "brush off" your proposal. As I stated, it just seemed unnecessary to me to tell people that they should make edits if they see fit to do so, especially since YAV and the welcome template kinda give off that vibe already. The part about the number of proposals was supposed to be a completely separate, and genuine question.
