Reversal is Lucario's down special move. When used, Lucario will enter a "counter" state for about two seconds. While it is in this state, Lucario cannot move. However, if Lucario is attacked while in this "counter" state, it will dash behind its attacker, avoiding the attack, and deliver a counterblow to its attacker. However, this only applies to physical attacks from the front, meaning it will not work if the attack is either a projectile or from behind.
