+::::::::Everything looks good. After sweating it out a bit, I guess "as of" can stay off the page, but only in reference to dates; I think I initially put "as of" in this proposal just because I was sick of seeing "as of version 1.0.5" and such on pages. Like, damn, that was three years ago, I don't think anyone is screaming at their computers to know what 1.0.4 was like.
