Gungnir is an SSB4 Ganondorf player from Japan, and is considered the best Ganondorf player in the world. Despite not being an active tournament-goer, he regularly streams on his NicoNico video account. He is highly respected within the Ganondorf community, and is considered to be the "godfather of Ganondorf" by many. He proved himself worthy of this title by placing 17th at Umebura Japan Major 2017, the highest placement of any Ganondorf main at a national tournament. He has taken sets off of players such as Earth, Taiheita, Ginko, Yuzu, kept, and Shimitake.
