:If they use a secondary AND win against a player in their region in tournament (no matter what it is), it is valid to add them. If they are known by many people for using them (such as on stream), exceptions can be made, but only few ones. ::First I am going to point out that it's not vandalism. Second, I disagree Beep. We should list the mains and secondaries depending on a) how good they are with the character, b) how often they use the character, and c) is the character just used for sandbagging. There is no steadfast rule for what determines the limits on each of these, and there shouldn't be. We have to use good judgement. | |||
