Corkscrew is Wario's Up Special Move. It launches him very slightly into the air, less than a fully charged Wario Waft. One video shows it doing 19% damage. While this attack can be used as a third jump, it goes relatively little vertically and horizontally, at a maximum angle of about 45 degrees. It is somewhat good as an attack combo. It is rather similar in knockback to Samus's Screw Attack, and, like Fire Fox, it goes in a straight line, and the direction cannot be changed once the move initiates. It is a rather bad recovery, though, and cannot be trusted more than other Wario moves. It is a recovery, as stated before, along with Wario Waft and the Wario Bike.
