Notices
The Skill parameter has been removed from Smasher infoboxes, and in its place are the new "Best historical ranking" and "Best tournament result" parameters. SmashWiki needs help adding these new parameters to Smasher infoboxes, refer to the guidelines here for what should be included in these new parameters.
When adding results to Smasher pages, include each tournament's entrant number in addition to the player's placement, and use the {{Trn}} template with the matching game specified. Please also fix old results on Smasher pages that do not abide to this standard. Refer to our Smasher article guidelines to see how results tables should be formatted.

BoScotty, previously known as Bo X7, is a top Smash 4 Chicago player and was a top Brawl Chicago player. He started playing competitively in 2008 playing Brawl. During his time entering tournaments, he mainly used Mario despite being considered one of the worst characters in Brawl. However, this did not last too long as he quit playing Brawl competitively in 2010. After four years, he returned for the release of SSB4 and has placed well at a few tournaments that have been held in late 2014 and 2015. He mains R.O.B., Mario, and Peach in Smash 4, and is currently ranked 7th on the Chicago Smash 4 Power Rankings.

Trivia

  • At Apex 2015, he set up an art booth where he sold portraits of Smash Bros. characters drawn by himself.
  • He was disqualified from SSB4 singles because he was playing his doubles matches on stream at the same time his singles match was supposed to be played. He was asked to do his doubles matches on stream by staff as well.
