TLTC is a Palutena main from the South California region, who mostly appears as a regular at 2GGT events. He is currently considered to be the best Palutena main in the United States ever since AeroLink dropped the character, mainly in part for using a poorly regarded character in what is considered one of the most powerful Smash 4 regions in the country, taking sets of many notable smashers from said region such as Mr. ConCon, Tearbear, Zenyou, Jonny Westside, Nicko and Angbad. He is currently ranked 19th on the SoCal Smash 4 Power Rankings.
