The Forward throw is a throw performed by pressing forward on the control stick after having grabbed the enemy. Most forward throws have neither the power nor the comboability to be very useful.
Mario:Spins the opponent one circle forward. Good knockback but not as strong as his back throw.
Notable throws include
- Peach's a good KO throw in Melee, but rarely a KO throw in Brawl.
- Wario's forward throw (spinning like Mario's back throw and Wario's can KO at high percentages),
- Ness one (arguably the strongest at 0%),
- DK's can carry opponents around.
- Marth can be used to chain throw.
