This is my very first Smash 4 Tier List!

One thing that's been bothering me about some tier lists I've seen is that Mewtwo's too low. Well, I've played Mewtwo a lot. And I have something to say for the scrubs that think Mewtwo is and I quote "low-tier garbage": MEWTWO DOESN'T SUCK! (He's just got a high learning curve.) Of course, being the second-lightest character in the game really does suck. But for the record, although he's got plenty of weaknesses, he's got some good strengths, too! For me, Mewtwo's pretty good, though definitely not the best. I'd have to say he's in the mid-tier.

I mean, that Confusion! Such a combo starter! And Disable freaking STUNS opponents! And Shadow Ball? Both a kill and a recovery option!

And Jigglypuff? Adorable. I'm not really a competitive player, but I think she's too cute for the bottom tier. Low- to lower-mid for me.

Palutena, on the other hand... I don't have much experience with her, but from what I've seen on this wiki, she's got really bad moves, a risky playstyle, and she's too dependent on custom moves. And she's gotten even worse with updates! She can't get anything out of the new shield mechanics, and virtually every other bad character got buffed except her! Based on all that, I think she's definitely the worst character in the game.
