Mewtwo telekinetically swirls the opponent around its body before launching them upwards. While not the strongest upthrow in the game in terms of knockback, it kills significantly earlier than other vertical KO throws, even those that land on platforms, due to its vertical angle making DI have very little effect on its kill power. Gains KO potential at around 135% against middleweights.
