When Bowser Jr. used moves like his Down-B and Down aerial, a hatch opens up on his cart. In previous updates the propeller dissapeared when using these attacks. I have noticed that with update 1.1.3 that the propeller stays during these attacks, at least in the 3ds version of the game. Is this work putting in the update history?
