The shoot button can be held down, and when released the coin will be launched much faster than usual. Occasionally, indestructible metal spheres appear that act as obstacles. Stationary pits that coins fall into may also appear with the metal spheres, although a "charged" coin can sometimes travel over them. There are 4 enemy types and most of them have a few different patterns in which they move.
